What this site collects, why it collects it, and how to opt out. Short version: your order details, so we can process and deliver your order, and anonymous traffic figures, so we know which pages are worth keeping.

namoelementi.com belongs to Velvut Pte Ltd (UEN 200912071C), a Singapore company and the exclusive Singapore distributor for NAMO ELEMENTi. Anything on this page, write to .
What we collect
When you order. Stripe takes your name, email, delivery address, phone and payment details at checkout. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to us. We get everything except the card number, because we need it to fulfil your order and answer questions about it later.
When you browse. Google Analytics records which pages were opened, which products were viewed, what went into carts and what got bought. It also sees roughly which city you are in, what device you used and where you came from. It does not know who you are.
When you message us. We keep the message and your contact details so we can reply and remember what was said.

The bottom three never leave your browser. Clear your site data and they are gone.
Google Analytics and Google Ads
Our analytics property is Namo Elementi Singapore (G-RD0B1Z47LX) and it holds data for 14 months. We do not put your email or order details into it.
We advertise on Google. Where conversion measurement is switched on, Google tells us that an ad click led to an order — not who placed it. Where remarketing is switched on, Google may show you our ads elsewhere after you have been here. Both use the Google cookies above.
To opt out: Google's analytics opt-out add-on stops the first, and My Ad Center controls the second. Google sets out how it uses this data in its privacy policy.
What we use it for
- Packing and delivering your order, and telling you where it is.
- Answering questions, and handling returns and refunds.
- Keeping the accounting records Singapore law requires.
- Working out which pages and which ads are worth the money.
- Keeping the site free of fraud.
We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Some of these sit outside Singapore. Their contracts with us require protection comparable to what the PDPA asks for. Nobody else gets your data unless the law makes us hand it over.
How long we keep it
- Orders and receipts — five years, as Singapore tax rules require.
- Messages — up to two years after the matter is closed.
- Analytics — 14 months, then Google deletes it automatically.
Keeping it safe
The site runs over HTTPS with a strict content security policy. Card details are typed on Stripe's page, not ours. Order records are only reachable by the people who pack the orders. Nothing is perfectly secure, but the measures match what we hold.
Your rights
Under Singapore's PDPA you can ask us what we hold about you and how it has been used in the past year, ask us to correct anything wrong, or withdraw your consent. Write to and we will respond within 30 days. If withdrawing consent means we cannot finish an order, we will say so before doing anything. You can also take a complaint to the PDPC.
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
If this changes
The date at the top changes with it, and we will note anything significant on the site.
